The IT Helpdesk is the campus’s first point of contact for IT problems and queries relating to our services and software.


Getting Help

You can access help either online or on the phone, or by visiting the IT Helpdesk counter at Hornbill Precinct.

  1. Lodge a service request by completing the ICT Trouble Ticket system (on campus only)
  2. Phone us on +60 85 63 0200 (during office hours only)
  3. Visit the IT Helpdesk counter at Hornbill Precinct (next to the Geophysics Lab)
  4. Send an email to it.helpdesk@curtin.edu.my

IT Helpdesk Operation Hours:     
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: CLOSED
